TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise detailed below all sales are subject to Groove Tiles & Stone standard terms and conditions available at www.groovetiles.com.au. The following conditions are also applicable to the Outdoor and Pool Tile Promotion.
1. Outdoor and Pool Tiles Sale Period – Sale starts instore 16th August 2024 and ends 30th September 2024.
2. Outdoor and Pool Tile Promotion
2.1 Save on selected tiles as marked with discount between 10 to 45% off the Retail Price and subject to the following:-
- a) Selected tile and stone products available now and held in stock at Groove Tiles and Stone warehouse.
- b) Selected pool mosaics available from Betsan within a period of 2 weeks from deposit being paid by the customer.
- c) Valid items purchased online, discount shown and automatically applied.
3. A minimum of 50% deposit required to confirm the order and secure goods at the sale price.
4. All in stock orders must be paid in full and collected/delivered within 8 weeks from deposit date.
5. For in-stock items, if customer is unable or not willing to finalise the order balance and accept the entire order within 8 weeks of confirming the order Groove Tiles & Stone reserves the right to:-
- a) Cancel any order not delivered/collected returning goods to stock and:
- b) Charge the customer a cancellation fee as per Groove Tiles & Stone Standard Terms and Conditions clause 22.
